Perfect spot in OB!

My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to call this place home for the last 7 months and have absolutely loved the prime location to "downtown OB". It was awesome to not have to worry about the hassle of finding parking since the place came with our own space and enough space to park in the garage as well if needed. The inside of the home is super vibrant and clean and the colorful decor definitely gives you the beachy feel. JV and S are fantastic landlords that live in a separate house on the property and always greeted us with a wave or smile, and at the same time we always felt that we had plenty of privacy. OB is the most unique community I have ever lived in and the place is buzzing with eclectic energy. We would definitely be staying here longer if we were not moving for another job opportunity. If you find this place is available, do yourself a favor and book it while you can!
