Magnificent 2 Bedroom Home in Norfolk's Best Neighborhood

Perfect Place !

I stayed in Norfolk for six months to help my daughter in law and son with their babies. This house is in Larchmont , which is an awesome ,quiet , and safe neighborhood. Laurent , the landlord, was great and easy to work with. There are two properties , one upstairs and one downstairs, both have their own entries with front and back porches , for quiet nights. Everything was nice and modern with stackable washer and dryer, and anything you would need in the kitchen ! There are a lot of things to do and many cute neighborhoods to explore. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Norfolk.

Wonderful home away from home

The landlord, Laurent is terrific. Super responsive. We enjoyed the neighborhood and all the things conveniently around us. We needed a place to stay for 3 months, which quickly turned into 6 months. Laurent worked with us to extend our lease and we are grateful. Since the house can be shared with a tenant (above or below), you don't get the whole house, but it is private and secure. There is a nice front porch and private back porch. Ample parking. Super cute neighborhood and dog friendly. Walkable to local restaurants, dog park and more. Driveable to everything. Anything you need it is within 10-15 mins...the Ghent neighborhood is lovely. The house itself was clean and had all the conveniences needed to move in. Internet was great and their was a space to work remote. New washer and dryer. Dishwasher. A/C and heat worked great. Beds were comfortable. If you are in need of a place in Norfolk, this would be it!

Cozy cottage

I spent my summer in this charming cottage that truly radiated warmth and charm. It was nestled in a great neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. The proximity to adorable downtown eateries and the university made every outing a yummy adventure. The cottage had tasteful furnishings. The kitchen was stocked with every necessity imaginable. I love to cook, so this was important to me. L, the owner was very nice and accessible whenever I needed anything.
