This is a quiet beach community on a strand of beach near down town Ventura and Oxnard, midway. Very quiet and ocean adjacent. Ride bikes, or take out kayaks. Calm, walkable area, stores are a 5 min drive. Dog friendly area and beach.

Had a great 6 month stay here and would definitely come back. The place is very spacious and the vaulted ceilings make it feel even bigger. Everything was clean, comfortable, and all of the appliances worked great. The location is hard to beat it's about a 60-second walk to the beach. Being able to head down to the water whenever we wanted was amazing. The host Cyja was also fantastic. We had an issue with the dishwasher during our stay, and she replaced it immediately. It was clear she genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. The neighborhood itself is super quiet at night and the neighbors are all friendly. Overall, this was an excellent stay. Great location, great host, and a really comfortable place to relax. Highly recommend.
