The absolute best

This has been the best place I have ever stayed. I'm really sad to leave as the landlords and neighbors have been amazing. They have everything you could ever want stocked and it's very well taken care of. A dog door to a beautiful, peaceful, quiet backyard that has fruit trees (and landscapers)! The bed is comfy, the couches are comfy. It's just the best place, you won't regret it!

Gorgeous yard for small dog and gardening!

This duplex is so beautiful and peaceful. It's located close to midtown, tons of hiking trails and there is a nice dog park just a couple blocks away! I turned the back patio into my morning yoga studio by adding an outdoor rug and flowers. The patio faces the east and the morning sun is such a great start to your day! My Mom sat outside evey morning and drank her coffee on the patio when she came to visit! There is a garden box in the back and vegetables grow very well- I was giving away zucchini at work because I had too much! :) Also, there is a large grapevine in the back corner. I'm so sad to leave before August when they are ready. The owners are super nice and responsive. The place has everything you need, even an air fryer and a full rack of coffee!

Great location

Great rental property! Location-wise was perfect for me. Walking distance from Kaiser Sacramento. Lots of days I just walked to work when the weather was nice. The house is located in a cul-de-sac in a quiet area of the neighborhood. Plenty of backyard fenced space to hang out for some peace and quiet. The house is well-maintained and well-furnished. Security cameras and sensor lights all over the property are installed if you worry about your safety. The entire time I was there, I never had to worry since the neighbors next door were quiet and friendly. Best landlords ever. Made sure we had everything we need during our stay. Wish I could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this place as your next home away from home. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!!

This is by far the best place we have stayed at in our travels! The kitchen, living room, and dining room were so spacious and having two bedrooms for the price was incredible. The fully fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs and the garage was an added bonus. Ring cameras all around the outside for safety and automatic lights outside were helpful when coming home in the dark. This rental is a duplex in a small cul de sac but we didn't hear a peep from the neighbors and the street was quiet with little traffic as well. We had everything we could possibly need and more. Hosts were super responsive and attentive, no issues with anything during our stay. We were also walking distance to two parks and so close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. I worked at Methodist Hospital and my husband was at Mercy San Juan. It was a perfect central location with just a 20-25 minute drive for both of us. We were so sad to leave and would highly recommend this place!
