Great place to stay

Kristi and Jim are warm and friendly, very welcoming and showed me around their cottage. It is set back on the property, very quiet. The cottage has everything you need. The garage is especially nice on rainy days. You will enjoy your stay as we did.

Nice place but....Dishonest owners

This is a nice place and centrally located. I booked for three months and into my first month my job transferred out. I gave two weeks notice as she had requested some notice if I had to leave early. They refused to refund my deposit. They are not treating this as vacation or transitory (hotel/motel) housing. They are acting like landlords and illegally. While I was willing to accept a little extra cleaning and a the cost of a garbage can that did not function, I was legally under no obligation to pay other costs such as the additional two months nor was I legally obligated. If you have check out early from a hotel don't pay the cost of the days you did not use. Of course not. I consulted with an attorney who goes after deadbeat and dishonest landlords and it was more effective to just walk away. If they ask you for a $900 deposit don't count on getting it back even after the noted cleaning fee. Not good people here.

Highly recommend!

This is an incredible place to stay and you will not find better landlords! My wife and I stayed almost 6 months and they made this place feel like home. They were attentive to any needs we had and always quick and clear with communication. The kitchen was so well stocked, the garage was an added bonus, and the neighborhood was safe and private. The home has everything you could possibly need. Overall, a perfect place to stay with great landlords! Highly recommend!

Favorite so far!!!

The pictures do not do this unit justice. It's the perfect unit for any traveler. K and her husband are amazing landlords that allow you privacy and helpful! I hated saying goodbye to this unit. 6 min from Good Samaritan, 4 min from Safeway, 7 min from I5. Place is stunning and truly furnished! I Cannot rave enough about this unit, and I would give it 6 stars if I could!

Hidden gem in Puyallup

What a great place to stay! I am a travel RN and this place was perfect. It's so quiet here and so close to Good Samaritan Hospital. There is so much space here and you get a garage. The owners are super nice and helpful also. I would definitely stay here again.
