Enjoyable Stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Sharon and John’s home for a little over 5 months this past summer (2025). Since I’m always on the go, being in a place that has a warm and comfortable atmosphere is so nice! The home had everything I needed and more. My parents came to visit a few times and they also enjoyed their stay. We especially enjoyed making breakfast and sitting on the patio enjoying the air before it got too hot in the day. The community was quiet, friendly, and felt safe. There are many grocery stores close by (Whole Foods, Trader Joes, sprouts) and I really enjoyed going to the nearby farmers market on the weekend. Sharon and John were such lovely hosts and if I ever needed anything they were a quick phone call away and always so helpful!

Very nice central phoenix location

My husband and I stayed here for about 9 months from 11/22 to 9/23 and it was so nice. It's very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Furnishings and appliances are all like brand new and top of the line. Has a well appointed kitchen with everything. It's in a very central location to many of the area hospitals and access to major freeways. Close to shopping and hiking. Pool area is nice if you are there in thee summer for sure. Sharon and John are very easy to work with a very responsive hosts. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Amazing place with amazing landlords

I stayed here for 3.5 months over summer for a clinical at PCH and it was an amazing experience. PCH main campus was only a 14 minute drive away and the Avondale location was about 25-30 minutes(you are going opposite of traffic to avondale so it made the commute a lot less stressful). They highway is easy to get to. It is also close to multiple bus stops(which I did not personally utilize but multiple staff members at main campus do). The Rowley's made sure I was comfortable and were always a message away whenever I had a question or concern. They gave me the best food recommendations and theres even more around you will never go hungry. The area is very safe and quiet and centrally located so everywhere was basically anything is less than a 20 minute drive away(Scottsdale downtown, trails etc). A It's also a great location for foodies and convenient access multiple grocery stores(8 min drive, frys, whole foods, trader joes). Uptown farmers market is right up the road with lots of vendors, it's a Phoenix staple. The place itself is beautiful and big but also cozy. The back patio was nice to sit and relax. They have a beautiful garden in the back that stayed lush and green even in the summer heat. I truly could not have asked for a better home away from home. I could not have gotten a better place in my dreams!
