Fantastic Apt. and stay

Had a three month stay with Ken and Amy and couldnt be happier. Fantastic apartment, amazing landlords, communicative, clean, well thought out, and everything you could need supplied. Also very close to my hospital site (Middle Park Health Granby, 15min) and also very close to their new sister hospital that they are building in Fraser (under 15min) for our fellow travelers. Could not recommend them enough.

Great Stay

What a wonderful place! On the garden level of a standalone home nestled against the hills outside of Tabernash, this place was a total gem. You have full privacy yet are super close to Fraser/Winter Park, and the owner, Ken, was incredibly responsive and accommodating even when he wasn't up there. If you like to ski, his spot is 10-15 mins from Winter Park/Mary Jane, and if you're a traveling nurse it's even closer to the clinic. The place is also well stocked, clean, and very up to date. You can also walk/run up further into the hills and it's truly beautiful! Can imagine this being an excellent spot to land for travelers, outdoor enthusiasts, or traveling nurses/clinicians alike. Amazing Rental

This apartment is absolutely amazing-modern, cozy, and perfectly located! Surrounded by stunning views and just the right distance from both Winter Park and Granby. Our stay here was truly exceptional, and Ken, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His kindness and helpfulness added so much to the experience. If you're looking for a place in the area, this apartment is a no-brainer. We'd give it a 10/10 and would happily stay here again! Highly recommend!

What an absolute gem

The only thing that outshines this apartment is the fact that the landlords are some of the nicest people i've come across in a long time. They are warm and hospitable and have created a space that is exactly that. It's modern and vibrant with amazing natural light and access to unparalleled wilderness literally out the front door. I saw moose walking down the street more than once. It is a rare opportunity to find such a wonderful place that is fitted with not just all the modern luxuries and 15 min from world class skiing, but that the people that have put their effort into making it very much a small home for people to enjoy the area just like they do. They were very responsive to any messages I sent, but i mean the apt was kind of perfect for me so i had no complaints and our conversations were mostly social. If you have a chance to rent this you should, it's a special spot for sure. And tell them I said Hi.

Amazing Property!!!

This is by far the favorite rental I have had in the 2 years since starting in travel healthcare. Everything on the inside is top notch. Couch is very comfortable. Nice TV mounted on the wall. All new appliances. Gas stove. The bed is out of this world comfortable. Especially when it gets cold out. But for when its a little warmer, you can open the bedroom window at night and fall asleep to the sounds of the creek. I worked overnights and really appreciated the blackout blinds that were installed on every window. The house is on a large property with no neighbors close. Very quite. Absolutely stunning views. You can go for a hike without driving anywhere. Nice trails all around. Feels like being in the middle of nowhere in the best possible way. But, still very close to everything you need. Grocery store and restaurants are 5 minutes away. Winter park is barely 10 minutes away. Would highly recommend. Definitely look forward to staying here again.
