A great place close to several hospitals!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Everything felt like home as soon as I got there. Ayushi was always communicative, friendly, and funny! I stayed here during my contract at CHOC, and I was able to walk to work every day within 15 minutes. There's also always parking, especially if you try and park before 8 pm. The neighborhood is quiet, and I always felt safe. There's a great park directly across the street with miles of bike paths and tons of walking trails, too! There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here if you want a comfortable, safe, and friendly space to call home!

Room

A & R were great, friendly, and responsive hosts. They are dog lovers, which made me feel extra welcome as I had my dog with me as well. The house and neighborhood are quiet and I felt comfortable walking my dog around, even late at night as I usually kept later hours. Very easy access to the freeway which had me at the dog park in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Great home away from home!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Ayushi went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. I always felt safe because Ayushi keeps the property very secure, and she was consistently checking in to make sure I was okay. The neighborhood is in a very safe area and I felt comfortable walking my dog around, even at night. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Hosts

Ayushi and Rajat were such wonderful hosts. I felt very welcome and safe in their home. Ayushi went above and beyond to always make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. Definitely recommend!!

Short term rental

This was my first time renting a room for a couple months as a student and it was a really good experience. R and Ai were great hosts and always made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The room and bathroom are super clean and comfortable and overall the whole house is clean. I also had my dog with me and he loved spending time with R and A as well their dog. The area is also great with so many stores and restaurants nearby. I felt really safe living there in the room and being in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Summer Stay 2023

A and R were very friendly hosts and were very communicative. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessities, as well as very fast internet. There are many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance as well. Any problems that I had I could bring it up to the hosts and it would be resolved fast, usually within the same day. I am gluten free (Celiac disease), and despite this they were very accommodating and allowed me to separate my food and kitchenware. Overall this was an incredible experience and this room made it what it was.

Comfortable, hospitable, and convenient

I was a little nervous about renting a room because I had only rented whole units before this experience but those nerves quickly subsided when I met Ayushi. Right off the bat she was accommodating to what I needed as a night shift nurse making sure my room had my own fridge and black out curtains. Then once I arrived the room was very clean and she had a beautiful welcome basket. Their house is organized and guest have their own cooking supplys to use. I never felt like a guest, rather that their home was my home away from home. If I ever had any issues she was quick to response even when she was in another country. Not to mention she owns the sweetest, most well behave pup I have ever met. The icing on the cake is the location! It is walking distance from CHOC so I never had to battle California traffic, allowing me to get some extra sleep before my shift. 10/10 recommend their home for all professionals!

Clean, comfortable and close to hospital!

They were fantastic hosts: communicating everything about my stay clearly and professionally. The space itself is warm, clean and very comfortable. I was able to walk to CHOC every day and take walks and bike rides on the riverway, just across the street. Would stay here again!
