Secure and Private 2BR Apartment Oakland Southern Foothills

My colleague and I had a wonderful stay with Lynn and Scott. They were welcoming, friendly, and excellent communicators who responded quickly to our inquiries and needs. Their apartment building is located on a quiet street very close to the Oakland hills for walks and hiking, a small market for last minute groceries, and Interstate 580. (Check out Kings Estate nearby for the view of the sunset!) Garage parking was easy, as was the shared laundry. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, especially the mattresses. They have everything you need, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, appliances, etc. for cooking. We felt very much at home! The AC came in handy in the late summer/early fall, and the heating worked well in the winter. I highly recommend the apartment, and Lynn and Scott are great landlords.

It was a great experience staying here in Oakland. Lynn & Scott were very accommodating and made the apartment feel like a home away from home. This area was quiet and had quick access to the interstate. The apartment has everything you could need; pots/bakeware, cooking tools, washer and dryer downstairs, ac units in each bedroom, towels, garage, etc.. On top of that, Lynn & Scott showed the utmost hospitality, which made the stay well worth it.

No downside to this place! Wonderful landlords, beautiful and handy location. Well appointed apartment, lacks nothing (just bring your suitcase and move-in). Nice neighbors. Two car parking, storage locker, laundry, internet, all utilities, well stocked kitchen for the chefs out there, lots of light but curtains for darkness for night shifters, very useful info packet, a/c, towels, sheets, extra blankets, too many things to mention!

This apartment is set up in a way where you feel very comfortable and as if you are in your own home. There was plenty of space in the apartment. The landlords have the place stocked with everything you could need to be comfortable and it is in a nice and quiet area. A huge perk of the apartment is the garage access, which I loved. I did not have any complaints throughout my 3 month stay. I would recommend this place to any travel healthcare professional.

We found this space to fit our needs perfectly. I travel with my wife who is a full time student and my dog, Fern. l was able to provide a desk for my wife to do her school work and has been very accommodating with any needs we have had during our stay and has gone above and beyond to make this place feel like home. The apartment has a large feel to it and we do not hear our neighbors or the highway (despite being only a minute away.) Which has been super convenient with me working night shift and needing to sleep during the day. The apartment is well stocked and has had everything we need. There are many great parks within a few minutes drive, or you can walk to Leona Canyon which is only about a mile away. Plenty of great food options for eating out and a trader joes and safeway both about 7 minutes away by car. Cant recommend this place enough! The only con is that laundry on site is coin op and costs $1.75 per load to wash and $1.75 to dry, so bring your quarters!
