Renters beware

I rented this property from February through May. Helen kicked me out early because she double booked the property. This was a clear violation of the lease. In addition to this, there was a known ant problem at this rental that Helen was not actively taking care of before I moved in. I found old ant traps my first night there, so it was clearly a previous issue. She lists this property as pet friendly, yet charged me double the cleaning fee listed here because there were a few spots of hidden cat vomit that I didn't see because I had to leave early. She lied, saying my cat had "peed and pooped everywhere". Funnily enough though, there was dog hair/dirt all over the floor when I moved in. Also, she accused me of damaging a wall when the whole house was damaged and gross upon moving in with weeds all throughout the driveway and a disgusting air filter. Lastly, she argued with me for over a week about returning the security deposit after I asked her nicely 3x to return it to me.
