Great Location Garage Nice and Clean 1st Floor Apartment

Amazing property/ Host

As the title suggests such an amazing "Studio" and an amazing landlord/ host. The space was big, clean had every amenity you can want and the best part was also the garage and it being accessible right next to your entrance door. Coordinating doing laundry once a week since the washer and dryer are downstairs in the unit was seamless and easy with Mary. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, can walk around and situated in a perfect location across from a mall. UCONN hospital was a short drive roughly 5-10 min. You can also sit outside on the patio and enjoy the backyard. Would definitely recommend/ stay again!

Great stay

My daughter stayed here for an internship and absolutely loved the property and location. It's in a safe neighborhood, has all the necessary amenities, and is very close to great shopping and lots of restaurants. We were really pleased to have found this place for her time in Hartford. Mary was a great host and the business side was very easy. Literally no complaints here.

Highly recommended - location and close to the hospital

M is very easy going/communicates efficiently and she is just very, nice, amazing person (&landord)! Location of the proerty is very good and safe neighborhood:walking distance to grocery store and shopoing centers; and UConn Health is less than 15 minutes drive using a backroads. The place is very wonderful, it's fully furnished in-law suite with own entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, 1 car garage and shared W&D. I would 100% go back to M's place if I'm back again in the area!

Great experience, great property, great host!

M was a very welcoming and accommodating host! The unit was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the essentials to make my transition and short-term stay there easier. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the city but with lots of great outdoor spaces nearby for walking or running. All of the shopping I needed for the time I was there was within a 5 minute drive. M was easy to communicate with about my schedule and flexible with when she does her laundry as it is located in the rental unit. She even made me cookies and brought vegetables from the garden! Overall I had a great stay in Hartford and would definitely recommend this property to other renters. M is the best!

Perfect short term stay

While this is listed as a studio, it feels much bigger than that with the space between the kitchen and the bed/living room. The natural light that comes in was probably my favorite thing. M provides everything that you could need and even gives you some household essentials. She is a really great and caring person and I felt very welcomed in the space and you will too! Having one side of the garage is very convenient to get in the apartment, but it was easy to use the lower door as well. There is lots of storage space with having an armoire, a closet with hooks, shelving and a dresser. I even utilized the space under the bed for bulky suitcases. I didn't have any real problems arise, but the few questions I asked were promptly responded to and taken care of quickly. Since the washer/dryer are located in this unit, coordinating times is essential for M to do her laundry. I had absolutely zero problems coordinating this as we just set two days each week. Highly recommend!
