Amazing House
This house was prefect spacious, had everything we needed. R was an amazing landlord, super responsive to anything we needed and checked in to make sure we were doing great over the winter. The neighbors were super nice. Renown was super close drive and the house is a mile walk from downtown and coffee/tea shops. Amazing safe neighborhood to go running around. Close enough to the highway to take you right into Tahoe which was super convenient. Would def recommend this house for anyone.

Perfect Extended Stay Home
My wife and I stayed at this charming and conveniently located house. As soon as we walked in, we felt that we were home! Ray was an excellent landlord and very communicative. This is a great place to stay for an extended time. Thanks

Perfect place to live in Reno, strongly recommend!!
My fianc and I recently stayed at R and As home for 10 months while on contract for work, and we couldn't have been happier. The furnishings provided exactly what we needed to feel comfortable and at home. The backyard was a perfect place to relax. The neighborhood was a standout featuresafe, family-oriented, and filled with beautiful homes. We felt completely secure, which allowed us to exercise outdoors without any concerns. Ray was an exceptional landlordattentive, friendly, and responsive to any questions or needs we had. Overall, our stay was wonderful. We loved the homey atmosphere and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Reno.

Rs place was wonderful to stay out. He is very responsive to all questions and concerns. House is nice and clean. Weather is beautiful. Stayed here for a travel nurse contract. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location and size!
This house is in a perfect location for travelers, close to downtown and mid town and not too far from Tahoe. The size of the house perfect fit for one or multiple people with spacious living areas and bedrooms! R is a a great landlord; very responsive and easy to work with! 10/10 recommend!
