Cozy Ballard home close to lots to do All Utilities (including Internet) included in rental price

Lovely apartment, friendly landlords, good location

I stayed here for about 2.5 months during the summer. The location is walking distance from lovely restaurants, cafes, and bars, and the rapid bus line is about a block away (I used to bus near daily to commute to work near Pike Place, took about 35 min during rush hour). Street parking is easy ~ when I did drive to work, it took about 20 minutes. The apartment is very comfortable, and has everything you need to feel at home. It's spacious, yet cozy and fully furnished. Jeff and Ava (landlords) are very friendly and responsive, and they were quick to help with anything that came up. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable, yet accessible place to stay in Seattle. Jeff and Ava, thanks for a great stay!
