Nice kitchen, walkable area, noisy

Pluses: Kitchen: gas range, DW, counter space, well-supplied with bakeware, utensils, etc. Walkable to midtown and downtown. Coffee shops, restaurants, a bakery. Easy access to bike trails. Minus: Thin walls. My neighbor played guitar and sang. It was like he was in the next room. Upstairs neighbor worked out. I’m sure I disturbed them too. Building is on a busy road out of town. Lots of traffic and neighborhood noise.

Love this place! The location is IDEAL! There is a coffeeshop right underneath and the employees there are darlings! You can walk to any places in Midtown including the farmer's market every Saturday. The place is cute and modern, exactly what it looks like in the pictures. S was the building manager. She was so responsive, so understanding, and so helpful. I once locked myself out and she was so nice to drop off the back up keys at my work to help me get in. Street parkings are plenty and they don't check. The only downside is the wall is pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbor. If I can stay longer, I would! Will definitely come back here when I decide to come back to Sac. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
