Great Place, Highly Recommend

My wife and I stayed here for the month of July and we were very happy here. It was the perfect amount of space for us even though we both work from home. One thing we noticed was that the place was very well thought out considering its smallish size. The appliances, cabinets and drawers, and furniture all fit really well and make the place feel larger and homier. Plus it's a pretty great location close to downtown. Working with Joe and Annie was very easy and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable, and close to UVMMC!

Absolutely loved my stay at A&J's place in Burlington. The entire apartment was super clean and beautifully furnished, and kitchen has everything you'd need. The location is amazing, you're able to walk downtown as well as to the hospital, and parking is included which is huge. Both A&J are so kind and helpful too. I will miss my time here!

This was by far the best apartment I've stayed in in Burlington! The hosts were very responsive, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and in a great location. I definitely would recommend staying here

Fantastic property

Highly recommend! Extremely clean, quiet, and comfortable with great amenities. Both bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with many supplies, and off street parking was a huge plus. The landlords are very responsive and helpful with sorting out any maintenance requests. I wish I could have stayed in the area longer to keep living here!

Long stay in Burlington - great apartment and location!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this long-term rental, and really enjoyed my six months here. The apartment is new, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was very spacious and it was a huge plus to have my own office space, living area, and two floors. It had all the amenities needed to make this place quickly feel like home. Not only is it comfortable, your only about a six minute walk to Church Street, 15 minute walk to Lake Champlain, and also walking distance to UVM. One of the biggest perks was the free and safe parking, which can be hard to find in Burlington! The landlord is very friendly, easy to communicate with, and really cares about making sure you enjoy your stay. I was very grateful to have this apartment as my first home in Burlington and truly enjoyed my time here(even so much that it was originally for 3 months and I extended it to half a year!). I highly recommend this apartment for your long stay!
