Currently staying at this property with my travel partner. Supposed to be here for 3 months but cutting it short. The first night we arrived after driving 16 hours, one of the beds frames collapsed without even laying on it. It is our second week here and the house is basically falling apart. The ceiling in the living room has a huge hole and is leaking from the second storm as of 4/5. The basement is currently flooded. The door knob broke on one of the bedroom doors and is locked from the inside.
This is a great house and in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything!
The place feel warm and cozy. Very clean and maintained. Good relationship with the owner. Wish all places were like this.
Very close to everything! 5 minutes to Saint Francis Hospital. Close to historic downtown. Mississippi River walk 10 minutes away. Cant ask for anything more.

A few things about me. Strive to provide excellent hospitality while guests stay at my place. When I have time love to get outside for fishing, hiking, and gardening. Like to watch baseball and football. My wife and I have a small farm with goats, chickens, dogs, and cats. Love to travel and explore new places.
