Great place, good location
My wife and I toured this property. We loved the setup and quiet location of the house The owners were there when my wife and II walked through unescorted. Beautiful inside, clean and well kept/maintained We didn't end up staying because we found a place closer to work. Cortney and Matthew would be the ideal landlords, they live nearby and care about the property and their tenants. I am keeping this property in as a favorite in case our current residence doesn't pan out. Highly recommended.

COZY, COMFY, CLEAN & SAFE
This home was perfect for my 3 month stay. The home was well equipped, in beautiful nice quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and transportation. It only took me only 8-9 minutes to get to CHKD, Sentara via tunnel. Cortney, the host is amazing, she is quick to respond and very helpful. Very safe and quiet. I highly recommend.
