Outstanding Stay with an Incredible Host

I had an excellent stay here for 8 weeks. Heather has been, without a doubt, the best host I've had. From day one, she made sure I had everything I needed and regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable. She was always friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely cared that I enjoyed my stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is another huge plus. It's within walking distance of downtown Bristol, with great restaurants, breweries, shops, and live entertainment, making it easy to explore without driving. I've stayed in several Airbnbs over the years, and this was by far a better experience. Heather's hospitality and attention to detail truly set this rental apart. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a furnished rental in the Bristol area.

Better than AirBnB

This is my first time leasing through Furnished Finder. I've been here for a week so far and it's better than AirBnB. This lovely home offers the same amenities of an AirBnB but a fraction of the cost!

Convenient location, clean and quiet

Wonderful place to stay! No issues during my stay and the owner is wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this home.

Feels Like Home! Fab Location!!

This cozy, yet spacious and very private backside unit has everything I could possibly need. The inside blends modern comforts with unique features. I love that this place has full sized appliances, soaker tub/rain shower and comfy bed/furniture. It's amazing to look out any window and see the surrounding beauty of the mountain range, glittering lights of Downtown Bristol, which is a mere 5 minutes walk down the hill. The backyard, just outside my entry door has private patios with tables/chairs to enjoy the sunshine and fresh mountain air. There's also a couple tree swings to enjoy, while listening to the sounds of Downtown music from the nearby Bristol Hotel. Lastly, the manager is friendly, communicative and helpful answering any questions I may have, plus made great local recommendations!

Beware

This unit has no heat. You have to text the landlord anytime you want to adjust the heat. I stayed here 6 weeks and it was very uncomfortable once the cold weather came. Many, many, MANY text messages about the furnace learning. No living room makes it hard for a long term stay. The house is beautiful but beware. I gave her ample notice that I was leaving and left the house in tiptop shape. She still kept $650 of my deposit.

A wonderful stay!

I enjoyed my stay at this wonderful property! It is in walking distance of Main St. It has a very spacious parking area and a spacious private back yard right outside the door. The inside is very clean, cozy and comfortable with everything you need and very well organized. The Host Heather is the hostess with the most! She is very friendly and accommodating to any questions and is very knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely recommend staying here. You will definitely enjoy your stay!!

My stay in the colonial

The colonial is a very comfortable stay. The location is superb, I was a 5 minute walk to downtown Bristol and easily drive-able to the shops and restaurants in Bristol, VA and the Pinnacle. I was working at BRMC and it was an easy 20 min drive. Heather was easy to contact and willing to listen and help with any issues. Heather also will give good recommendations for foid and fun. I woukd definitely stay here again.

Total combination of southern hospitality and metropolitan sophistication !!!!! Beautiful mix of historic architecture and contemporary classic decor accented with the excitement of mid century modern masterpiece furnishings and accessories!!!! Best location in the tri cities .. hottest restaurants best bars, upscale boutique shopping, hair salons, nail salons, museums and casino best of Bristol Va/ Tenn has to offer within walking distances and at your literal fingertips snap your fingers and your there!!! Fully stocked with every essential and necessity!!!! Sweeping views of downtown all of Bristols historic iconic landmarks perched a cozy knoll above State Street , when night falls the skyline twinkles and sparkles from every window and patio. Alternative and country music softly fills the air from local concerts and Lumac roof top bar at the legendary luxurious Bristol Hotel. Which you can sit your lawn chair and enjoy til the break of dawn!!!! Amazing host , huge bargain

Uptown Colonial

I really enjoyed my stay in this lovely town with endless things to enjoy. The apartment inside this 1890 home was artfully decorated and very clean!! The host was super nice and answered any and all questions I had. Would definitely book again!!!
