Nice Stay

I enjoyed staying in the Master Royal while in Columbus. The house is just as it appears in the pictures, which was a great relief when I arrived from out of state. It is well decorated throughout, and the room itself is quite spacious. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is private, and there is more than enough closet space. The desk, mini fridge, and microwave are nice additions. The landlord is very responsive and was in communication prior to my arrival. He also frequently checked in via text during my time there to ensure that I was comfortable and to see if I had any needs. There were intermittent short term guests in addition to mid term renters while I was there, as the home is used for both. The street is quiet, and I felt safe in the immediate area. In fact, I often went for walks to the park up the street. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Columbus, then this may be it!

Quiet and spacious

Absolutely loved my stay here! It's a quiet home in a quiet neighbourhood. I'm a night shift worker and had no trouble sleeping during the day. The owner was incredibly kind and accommodating and went out of his way to ensure I had a positive experience. The room I stayed in (master ensuite) was huge and had a fridge and microwave which was really convenient. I have no complaints. Thanks for the great stay!

Feels like home.

My first time in, Ohio. My 3rd assignment as a Radiology Tech. This place was more than what I could of asked are wish for honestly from introduction to my last day. The house is quiet, every works and is so very considerate its really just a nice a warm environment, and the neighborhood is just as nice parking is always available right infront the house so no long walking. Overall one of my best experience renting on this app. Thank you, Obazuaye for a great stay at your property.

Luxury and Peace!

I loved my stay in this quiet and comfortable house. Everything was as it was presented and more! The spotless very large master suite came with a refrigerator and microwave and HUGE bathroom that more than met my needs. The king-sized bed was plush and extremely comfortable. The property manager was always responsive but, aside from an initial glitch on my part trying to work the code on the door, I never needed anything! If I return to Columbus, I will be sure to stay again if it is available because I have been totally spoiled!!!
