Would stay again!!!!

I had a great experience at the Little Casita. Don and Liz are fantastic landlords. On the rare occasions we had any issues, they were quick to respond and very helpful. Communication was always easy and reliable. We stayed for about four months while finishing our last semester of college, and it was the perfect place for that time. The location was ideal, about a 20 to 30 minute walk to both North Park and South Park. Within a five minute walk were a small market, BBQ and Italian restaurants, and liquor stores. As two women in our 20s, we felt safe walking alone at night. The neighborhood is quiet, family oriented, and has a great sense of community. We loved being informed about local events ahead of time. The casita was very clean and comfortable. The beds were great, the shower had good pressure and hot water, and the AC worked well. Though small, it had plenty of space and storage. I would absolutely live here again.

Awesome Stay!

This is an amazing little casita in a perfect location! The neighborhood is safe and close to many cool restaurants and shops. The casita has everything that you will need and then some! We had 2 cars so we were able to park one in the driveway and one on the street. We never had any trouble finding street parking. Liz was a great landlord, very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We ended up staying for about a year and will definitely be reaching out if we find our way back to San Diego!

Wonderful Abode

You will love this Casita! We came originally for 3-4 months and extended for over a year! L and D are fantastic landlords. The place is new, well equipped, clean, safe and private. Located in one of the best San Diego neighborhoods, quiet but easy access everywhere. Though small the Casita is very well designed . All the spaces are functional and aesthetically pleasing. The beds are comfortable, shower is great , appliances are all new, heat and A/C work well. There is a cute private patio that extends the living area to the outdoors. You will love it here! We did.
