Convenient and Cozy

I cant say enough about Ms. Jane and her wonderful property. She is the most attentive and engaged landlord I have had the privilege to interact with. She goes above and beyond. The property exceeds expectations and she has the keenest eye for every detail during my stay there of 9 months. Accommodations were beyond what you see in the photos and I will ONLY stay at her properties when I am in the area. Jane is a GEM to rent from and just a cool person to know!

Loved this place.

First part of this review is about the property and the second about the owner. This property is luxurious. It has a private attached garage, private entries, good sized backyard, and is fully furnished like the very best Airbnb. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Access to the pool and master planned communities is a plus. Everything looks and feels new. Utilities included (including WiFi) makes everything relatively cheaper than competitive properties. I loved coming home to this place and only moved due to relocation for work. Renting from Jane was an absolute joy. She beautifully designed and furnished the property to fine aesthetic detail. She went above and beyond by adding an EV charger solely for my use case, which was awesome! She nailed the balance between promptly addressing issues and honoring my privacy. Rules and expectations were clear and highly reasonable. If you get the opportunity to rent from Jane, youll know what a good landlord is like!

Perfect!

Perfect location for us. We were close to our parents in Trilogy and on the edge of beautiful state trust land where we mountain biked daily to visit a herd of 10 donkeys. J was incredibly responsive. We couldn't be happier with how it all went.

Great property with extras.

We stayed at this property for 6 months while waiting for our new house to be completed. Couldnt have asked for a better place that was almost new and fully furnished. Wonderful to have a comfortable king bed and nice bathroom and washer and dryer. Also a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances. Outside space was great for our dog and felt very secure. Having an attached garage was a bonus. This was by far the best value of all the properties we considered. J was a super landlord. She immediately responded whenever we needed ANYthing. Her property was in excellent condition. Neighborhood was quiet and had beautiful views and walking paths. Close to major highway.

Peoria Perfection

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable, and well appointed unit. The tasteful accommodations elevated our experience overall. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood with several walking paths and relaxation on the patio. The garage space was a plus. Our host was very helpful and welcomed our questions when getting settled in and wanted to be sure our needs were met throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to return another time.

Quiet and clean stay

This was the perfect stay for me. As a night shift, travel nurse this was a great place and area for that. It was a peaceful neighborhood and the host worked well with any accommodations and with speedy responses! It was a very cute and comfortable! I would definitely recommend staying here!
