Great Place. Very fair price

S is a great owner and a pleasure to deal with. This place was perfect for our short term stay in Eugene. Lots of things to do within walking distance.

Great Spot!

This is a solid spot! I had the chance to stay here from July 2022 until October 2022. S and her partner were great (landlords)! Very kind and attentive to my needs. The unit itself is perfect for healthcare professionals who want to relax after a long day of work. Comfortable bed, all the essentials you need in a kitchen, and very comfy couch! The unit is a back unit, behind a main house. You walk along the drive way to reach a back gate, and then enter into your own private little backyard. The Whitaker Neighborhood can be a little rough around the edges but I felt safe and the neighbors were very kind and welcoming. I'd stay again!
