I have been coming to MB for over 40 years and the Kingston Plantation is by far the best of the best properties there and this condo is likely the best of KP. Beautiful home, well furnished with nothing lacking, it will be your home away from home and will provide you with a very comfortable, care free stay. The owner, L is very attentive and caring making certain that your expectations are met and all is well. We are frequent travelers and have had the experience of staying many places, but can say without hesitation this is one home that we really look forward to staying at again. We found the condo extremely clean and the kitchen well equipped. Covered parking next to the entrance was much appreciated also. The location in the resort was great, only a few minutes walk to the fitness center, the beach, the huge pool area, or the restaurant lounge for happy hour. If you're coming for the beach, this stretch is really the premium area, clean, wide, well groomed. AAA+

If you are looking for a CLEAN, hassle free, well-stocked condo I would strongly suggest this unit. 6 min walk from doorstep to sitting on the beach. We have stayed in many buildings in Kingston plantation and always stayed Oceanfront, but decided to give across the street a try and loved it. Surrounded by trees, quiet and park at the front door. Took us as long to get to the beach from one of the oceanfront buildings with having to walk hallways and take the elevator. The inside of the unit has updated, clean furniture, vinyl and tile floors with carpeted (clean) bedrooms. Kitchen has all the supplies you would need to cook as we done that a lot. Nice deck out back to sit and watch the squirrels and hawks battle. Owner is easily accessible and very helpful. We had no issues with the unit but I'm confident she would have resolved them if we did. We have already requested to rent next year.

I have stayed in 8 different places during my time as a travel PT and this was the best place I have stayed at!! I felt like I was going home everyday from work. Lorrie was an exceptional host and went the extra mile for me. I felt super safe and comfortable during my 2 month stay. The beach is your backyard and community has many walking trails and dinner options. I couldnt recommend this place enough.
