Great place to stay, Amazing location

I stayed here for a year while doing a residency program and it was a wonderful experience. Lucas was attentive to any needs I had in a timely manner and the place is well kept. I love the location also. Would certainly live here again.

Cozy Stay, very convenient

Very easy to get to OHSU as well as get on I5. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time here.

Relaxed stay - would recommend for anyone

The unit is very well kept and suitable for anyone with short or long term travel needs. The place has the essentials that one would need to call the place home: kitchen, oven & stove, microwave, in unit washer & dryer, TV, couch, bed, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful, scenic, and safe. It also offers great views of Portland (Terwilliger curves are <5 minute walk away). Lucas is very responsive and is committed to creating a safe and relaxed living environment.

Stay @ Cozy and Bright Bungalow within Walking Distance of OHSU

This was a great spot for my partner and I. I was able to walk to OHSU in ~13 minutes or ride my bike in 10; so it was perfect for a low stress commute. My partner worked from home and enjoyed the space as well. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and close to several trails in greater Forest Park area that are great for walking. There are grocery stores nearby and you are a short and easy drive to many neighborhoods with an abundance of restaurants. There are also several farmers markets hosted on the waterfront ~15 minute walk away and at OHSU Hillside campus that are available every week in the summer months! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay, Lucas was very good at communicating with us and assisting with anything that came up! He even let us move in 1 day early. quaint and cozy

This adorable home is everything that you need. Its quiet, safe, and within walking distance to OHSU and the VA. It was a very comfortable home away from home for 6 months. L is quick to respond to anything you need making it an even better experience.
