Wonderful unit, location and landlord!

Victor was a very welcoming and helpful landlord, and the unit was clean, spacious, and had everything that I needed! I was honestly sad to move out and go to another assignment. The neighbors were friendly, neighborhood was quiet, and there were some amazing food/shopping options nearby. This was a wonderful rental experience and I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone who comes across it.

Awesome place!

Victor was very welcoming, kind and helpful during my stay. The space is in a great location close to lots of places to explore! Victor gave lots of great recommendations and made me feel at home! The apartment is clean, modern, and perfect amount of space for one person. Location is quiet and feels safe. I would highly recommend staying at this unit and would stay here again!

Wonderful Hosts!

I lived here for a year as a travel anes tech. Victor and his wife are extremely hospitable, caring and want to make sure that you are well taken care of. I was invited over frequently as they live just across the street. It is a quiet neighborhood with ample street parking. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place in/around Torrance! (Dates of my stay are inaccurate as FF will not let me scroll back farther!)

Great furnished unit!

Needed a furnished place to stay while I finished my flight training program and this was perfect. Great quiet neighborhood, clean interior, and has almost anything you could need so dont have to bring or buy much. Would recommend to anyone looking for furnished private housing.

Great Experience

I had a wonderful experience staying at Victor's bungalow. I lived in this nice unit for a little over a year, and it truly felt like home. The bungalow is well equipped, with everything you could need, including a lovely back patio. Its well decorated, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and safe, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. Parking was never an issue, and the location was perfect for me as a travel nurse working at a hospital just three miles away. Additionally, the beach was only a short 2025 minute drive, and the area is surrounded by a variety of great restaurants to choose from. Victor and his wife were exceptional hosts. They were very attentive, responsive, and easy to reach whenever I needed anything. I highly recommend staying here if youre looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-maintained place.
