cozy stay in charlotesville

I loved this location! Right in the middle of pantops and downtown in a cozy, safe neighborhood! Paw and Jo were incredibly nice and responsive. Any issues were addressed immediately and appropriately! The apartment itself is nice, could use some minor updates, but overall is very comfortable and has everything you need. Overall, I loved the location and the backyard, and highly recommend staying in this apartment!

AMAZING

Great little place in a residential neighborhood. Can slightly hear the upstairs tenets when they're walking around, but nothing crazy. Amazon delievers to the rear of the house without issue and package theft is not an issue. A completely fenced in backyard is a plus for doggos, which the owner allows you to have. Zero stairs in order to access the unit, it's just down a steep incline, which was perfect for me. Remains pretty dark in the bedroom with the one single window with no problems sleeping during the day after a night shift. As a huge bonus, they include a MASSIVE 75" SmartTV in the living area which is great when binging Netflix & Hulu. Washer/Dryer in unit is new and no issues. Kitchenette is small but quaint, add an air fryer and it's all you really need. Landlord is super attentive to any issues/problems/concerns which I had nearly zero of the few months I was there!

This place was awesome. Was very clean and landlord was very responsive and helpful. Downstairs tenant was nice and respectful. I would recommend this to anyone needing a place to stay in Charlottesville!
