Good spot

Brooke the landlord is easy to reach and kind. The apartment is large and a great find for the price! Two bedrooms are spacious. Both bathrooms are nice too. The walk in closet was awesome. There's a vibey living room with a fun orange couch with doors that open up. Feels very bistro chic. The location is also unbeatable. Can walk everywhere in north park very easily!

Clean and convenient

What a gem! North Park is interesting and eclectic with a range of stores, shops, drinking, and dining just down the street from this quiet complex. Perfect for work-from-home and an easy commute to the popular areas of San Diego. Especially appreciated the assigned parking spot and the fun movie-room.

Cute Apartment in the Perfect Location

I lived at this property for nearly a year and a half. Staying in this apartment was a very pleasant experience. The furnishing is done very nicely. It feels cozy, clean, and homey, with a modern touch that makes it a great place to unwind. I love the energy that the landlord created in this space! The appliances are updated and functioned well without any issues for the duration of my stay. The location is unbeatable and EXTREMELY walkable. Situated in the heart of North Park, its just a short walk to stores, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. I almost never used a car while living here. Communication with the landlord was very easy, and she quickly addressed any concerns that I had. This level of responsiveness added an extra layer of comfort to my experience living here. Overall a great place to live!

Great rental & amazing landlord!

This apartment was perfect for me & the landlord helped make my move to San Diego from the east coast a seamless transition! I would've loved to stay if I didn't leave San Diego for work. Apartment Unit Highlights - Very clean & updated - Nice furniture (well made and looks amazing!) - Outdoor spaces - The bedroom I stayed in had a great walk-in closet Location Highlights - I could easily walk (<10 min) to the grocery store, weekly farmers market, target, coffee shops, bars, salons, bookstores, shops, and more. - North park is a perfect neighborhood for everyone -- I loved it as a young professional and think it is perfect for families or individuals of any age as well - Small apartment complex is very nice with wonderful neighbors Landlord Highlights - Very easy to work with - Very responsive & helpful when I had questions or needed help with anything in the apartment - Hands-on while being respectful of your space - She helped make my move to SD from the east coast so easy!
