House Close to Downtown, Gated Parking -w- Automatic Gate

Great, convenient home

I stayed in this home for quite a few months while working in St Petersburg. The house was great. The bedrooms are comfortable. It has great appliances and a very well stocked kitchen. It was very convenient to have a washer and drier in the house. I loved having dedicated private parking. The location is very convenient, taking less than 5 minutes to get to the downtown area. It's also very easy to get on the highway when you are going somewhere else. Rob was very responsive any time I needed something. I would highly recommend this rental.

This home has everything!

We spent a wonderful, relaxing 3 months in this comfortable home. We enjoy cooking and we enjoy biking, so it was cool that in 7 minutes we could be at the fantastic Saturday Morning Market to buy fresh food for the week, on our bikes. The homeowner has everything a cook needs to prepare meals, including a gas grill in the private backyard. The home has been very recently remodeled, top-to-bottom. Every room has beautiful, original paintings and other artwork. Beds and pillows are new and very comfortable. Having washer & dryer was convenient. The new large-screen tv is hard-wired to high-speed internet/wifi. We enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in rockers on the covered front porch, or the lounge chairs under the gazebo in the backyard, listening to birds. Parking is in the backyard with a remote-control gate, or on the street. Th.e neighbors are very friendly. Whatever question we had upon arrival, the homeowner answered immediately, a super-nice guy. Would love to stay here again.
