Peaceful setting and great amenities

Great setup in a peaceful environment. Everything we needed for a longer stay was there and the host was super responsive. Grocery stores and other conveniences are just a short drive away. And a beautiful regional park with trails and ponds is just a short 10 min or so walk away. We would stay again. Definitely recommended.

Overpriced for mediocre at best

- $2,300 for rent - $200 cleaning fee that wasn't in the listing details - $2,000 deposit that wasn't in the listing details - Background checks at renters expense for each tenant that wasn't in the listing details - No snow removal services and 1 generic shovel provided (and we had multiple, substantial snowstorms) - Both bathroom fans are old and loud - Mold on the basement bathroom ceiling - Water damage present - Shower water pressure is weak and also loud (screeching noise) - No general surface cleaners at the property (had to buy our own to wipe down counters, etc.) - No mop or swiffer available to clean the floors - Low battery alarms going off on 2 of the smoke detectors - Batteries dead on remotes for lights and ceiling fans (random size battery that isn't easy to replace) -Button to open garage door doesn't work (can only open with the 1 remote provided) An overall lack of amenities and upkeep on an old place that they are overcharging on rent and other expenses for.

Breath of fresh air!

What a breath of fresh air! I will truly miss this quaint and peaceful property, environment, and owners! Great morning and evening walks. Fox Regional Park within one walking mile. Community of acreages, meadows, and horses. I will miss the view of Pikes Peak while driving out to I-25. Owners and property managers easy to work with. You will not regret staying here. Great experience!
