Great place to stay

The person I rented this from was so nice and helpful during my stay at this location! This is a very convenient location to hospitals & it has a beautiful view of the river that you can enjoy from your balcony. It is also very close to downtown and the capitol building which I enjoyed. When I asked for a new mattress, the host was very helpful in getting me a new one (no cost to me). The property manager there is also very nice and helpful. The only things I would advise is that the bathroom will need a dehumidifier (no fan) & it gets humid/smelly. That was a quick fix. I just bought a cheap one on Amazon and it worked well. There is an AC unit in the family/kitchen area. And the bedroom has a ceiling fan which I really enjoyed. Furniture was in great condition. It has a working dishwasher, fridge, lots of cabinets, washer/dryer & kitchenware stuff. If you need anything, just ask the host- he's very helpful. I would recommend this place to others.
