The people is the leasing office are nice but run the apt poorly. The day I arrived I was given the key and told to go look at the apt. He didn't even show me around the building. The apt appeared clean but then I realized under and inside the extremely uncomfortable couches were very dirty. There was trash in the trash can and opened snacka from the previous tenant still in the cupboards. Obviously they did not clean the apt before I came. I also gave a $200 refundable deposit but received an $81 check about six weeks after I moved out. A few of my Amazon packages were returned because they had no way to get inside the building. At times I couldn't get into the gym because the doors wouldn't open. Elevators randomly down. No communication with the te ants. It took maintenance 1 week to come change the battery in the smoke alarm. I missed a day of work because my keyfob malfunctioned and wouldn't lock my door. I reached out to maintenance about 6:30am and someone finally came around 4p
