Centrally located in the heart of PB - one block away from the Trader Joes/Vons, and one block off of Garnet Ave. The bungalow is surrounded by two private decks, patio furniture with fire pit, grill, laundry outside on patio, free street parking.

Favorite FF!
This is one of my all time favorite rentals that my family and I stayed in while travel nursing. The backyard is amazing, we spent so much time out there making memories around the fire. The walkability is the best. Shannon is an exceptional host and I would 100% stay with her again. She went above and beyond for my family. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.
