The most perfect spot in LA

This apartment comes with everything you need and more. The friendliest neighbors, a close walk to the reservoir, and a balcony to watch the sunset. Stayed here over the summer during my internship, first time moving to a new city alone, and it made my experience much better than what I could've imagined. Hope to come back soon!!

wonderful apartment

This was such a gem! The apartment is very clean and has a gate that closes at night which made me feel safe coming home late from work. I was a 10-15min drive from PIH Good Sam and never hit traffic on the way to and from work. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores near by. I would walk around the SilverLake reservoir and stop at Lamill to get coffee on my days off which was a really nice 2-3mile walk. Atwater village and Los Feliz are so close that I would take the city scooters to some restaurants there instead of driving. Drea and Nelson were also fantastic landlords. Very friendly, quick to respond if I needed anything, and a pleasure to talk to! Was very sad when I moved out but was headed to another state for my next contract! 10/10 recommend

Best spot in town

The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. It's in such a great area. A walk away from the Silverlake Res, Trader Joes, Whole foods, and farmers market. So close to other fun neighborhoods and restaurants and easy to get around the city. The landlords are so friendly and amazing you won't regret staying here.

Just lovely!

Stayed here while I was a travel nurse at CHLA. Perfect location! Quick commute to work with no highways! Loved having parking overnight and always felt so safe and secure. The space is new and clean and beautifully decorated with everything I needed. Lovely landlords were always so accommodating and there when I needed. Amazing neighborhood, walked to restaurants/shopping. Cant say enough good things!
