Adorable studio in quiet Seminole Heights

AMAZING Studio

I stayed here for a summer and it was perfect. The landlord is great and will assist with anything you need. She is very kind. The space is very nice especially for the price. It has a nice closet space with lots of storage. The balcony is very nice as well. Overall an amazing experience and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great location and landlord!

I stayed here for a couple months after first moving to Tampa. It is in a perfect location, about 10-12 minutes from downtown and surrounded by numerous restaurants and brewerys! M is an awesome landlord and even did my laundry once a week for me. She made me feel so welcome after I first moved, and would even buy things that she though Id want, such as wine glasses and a full length mirror. This is definitely a place worth checking out!
