My Wife and I are both High School teachers and are gone during the day and home on the weekends.

Guests have a private entrance where they can come and go freely from the basement appartment. Apartment has a private living room with futon couch, a private bedroom with queen bed and a private bathroom. Guests have a microwave, 2 burner stove, coffee station and mini fridge. washer dryer is shared upstairs available upon request.

The rental was in great shape, had privacy, and utilities were easily accessible. The property owners were very helpful, pleasant, and easy to get in touch with. Overall it's a very nice property in a nice neighborhood and has great hosts! Would definitely recommend.
