Great location!

This is definitely the best place to stay if you are working at OU Health. It's a safe neighborhood, well lit, and super quick walk to hospital. It was great not having to drive to work and then take the shuttle bus. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities needed. I had no issues at all, but the landlord George was always readily available. I would 100% definitely stay here again!

Literally right next to the hospital, close to lots of great restraunts also. George was very nice and always helpful and responsive. Place was clean and had all amenities. Would definitely stay again if I do another contract in OKC.

Best rental Ive had off FF

This apartment had everything I needed. The pullout couch opens up to a large size. The shower pressure is great. theres storage spots everywhere. We never heard any neighbor noise. I loved the parking and it was a nice walk to work- I believe I was closer than the workers who had to pay to use the parking deck. George is responsive and available but otherwise let us be. He will go down in history as a legendary landlord. The bed was new and comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and had all the amenities and tools I needed- even a ninja bullet blender.

George is a great host, very close walk to OU facility. Safe neighborhood. Place is well maintained, would 100% stay here again if I'm ever in the area!

Convenient location for rotating at OU

George was great to work with and very responsive. The location was excellent as it is a 5 minute walk to OU health. The apartment has what you need for basic living and George was available for anything I may have needed!

Super friendly

George was extremely inviting and accommodating to any requests I had. My apartment was neat and clean when I moved in and I had no issues during my stay. It was locating in a quiet part of OKC within minutes of downtown and walking distance from the capital building. I could not say enough good stuff about my stay here.

Amazing , Friendly, Safe and Quiet

From the moment I contacted Mr.Joseph he was polite, accommodating and helpful. He is so thoughtful he had me call him before I left my home (away from home) to go over a few things and welcome me. From the moment I pulled in, the complex was immaculate. The existing neighbors were all so friendly and welcoming. My apartment was my own paradise. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in the apartment. The bedroom was on the back side so it was quiet and peaceful. The air conditioning worked so well. He even had the necessities one would need!! Im devastated my contract ended, however if I get the chance to come back Im heading straight to UMC apartments. He allowed me Frenchie to stay (a pet deposit of course). I have never had such an amazing experience and stay. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

Wasnt a good experience

These pictures does not represent the basement unit. The unit was not clean, it was dusty, and hot (besides the living room area where the ac was) . The landlord wasnt kind when it came to me voicing my concerns/complaints about the unit. The only good thing about this unit its walking distance from OUMC.

Perfect for Travel Nurses working at OU

This property is at a convenient and safe location. Literally a 5 minute walk to OU Medical. The apartment had everything i needed for my stay and I had zero issues with the landlord. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be renting here again if i ever take another assignment at OU.

Absolutely perfect

This property was absolutely perfect for my stay. I rarely spoke to the landlord because there was never any need to! It was the perfect size and within walking distance from the hospital. There were never any issues within the apartment and its location was not a far drive from downtown. All in all couldnt have chose a better place to stay.

Basement apartment

I stayed in the basement apartment and it was the perfect size for me and my little dog. George is quick to respond to any needs you may have. The internet is spotty, but better after he placed a wifi extender. There was a bad rainstorm and the bedroom closet flooded just a little (through the cement, not the window) and George was quick to get to the apartment and clean up everything and had a fan to reduce the moisture as well. The ac unit in the apartment adequately cools the area. Cannot beat the price for sick a short walk to work. Literally took me 8-10 minutes to walk to work at OU Children's!!! The area is nice and it's very safe. I never had issues walking my dog around the neighborhood. Neighbors were quiet for the most part.

Enjoy my stay at the apartments. George is definitely one of a kind landlord. He was always great at responding to request and provided excellent service. Apartment appliances were updated and functioned well Apart from that instance with an upstairs neighbor who would paste all night everything else was smooth. You can't help if others aren't respectful of their neighbors but George tried and help out with that as well. Area has great side walks for walking and running. Only 5 minutes walk from Children's hospital. Only 10 minutes drives from Bricktown. Stable Wi-Fi.

Closest proximity to OU Health Medical Center

This property is a fantastic place to call home for a medical professional working at OU Health Medical Center! The units I resided in were both fully furnished with updated appliances. The residents here are very quiet and friendly. I don't have any complaints or concerns about the unit or the property owner George. I look forward to leasing here in the future! Happy travels!

Enjoyed my stay here. Comes well equipped with everything a traveler would need. Safe, quiet and within walking distance to OU medical center. I'll definitely stay again if I ever come back to OKC on a contract.

Enjoyed my stay while on assignment. You cannot beat the location if you are going to work at OU or the VA. The landlord is very responsive and friendly.

GREAT LOCATION!!

I needed a comfortable and well equipped apartment for a three-month work assignment. G, the landlord, was very responsive and helpful. This place is as described; great location, You do not need a car if you're working at OU or the VA. You will have all the necessary equipment for cooking and being at home. Bed was very comfortable, and I did not find the proximity to the street caused any noise issues. I would certainly return if needed.

Great place to stay

Excellent place to stay clean and quiet within walking distance to OU medical center. Great communication and quick response from the landlord. Has individual parking spot for the each apt. If I were back in OU would definitely stay there again

Perfect lil apartment

I stayed at this apartment about 4 months recently. I was blown away by how amazingly convenient it was for me in many ways, from having everything you need included (plus some) to the insanely quick walk to OU hospital. I was nervous about renting an apartment in a city I was unfamiliar with and being a woman living downtown by herself but I felt 100% safe at this location day & night. The owner promptly responded to any concerns and was so kind. I wouldnt hesitant one second to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a short term rental! Thank you for letting me feel at home away from home.

Great for Travelers

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment was in walking distance from the hospital, it was quiet (perfect for night shifters) and had almost everything I needed for my stay. If I needed anything G was very responsive and so nice. I definitely recommend staying at his property if you are in OKC traveling!

Great place!

I 10/10 recommend this place for anyone working on OU campus, including childrens. The place is safe, comfortable and the LL, George, is kind, responsive yet isnt hovering. You cant beat the location- near OU health, children's, and the college and 10 mins max from anywhere you could want to go. Its a 5 min walk to the adult hospital. The place is pretty quiet- you cant hear the choppers or ambulance coming to and fro in the apt. Good internet. Full kitchen, full sized fridge, black out curtains in the bedroom. The place is really cute. Theres some hangers in the closet, dish soap and dish washer soap and sponges, and trash bags. There is also a little 5 cup coffee maker and coffee with filters. All-in-all I've really enjoyed it (: i brought my cat as well- the apt was safe for her; and i'd like to think she enjoyed it here as well as there's enough windows for her to look out.

Im very satisfied with my stay at this apartment. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Great location. You will enjoy the peace and quiet. I felt safe staying here. The landlord is very quick to respond if you have even the slightest concern. I highly recommend this place and will be staying here again if in need.

Travel nurse for VA hospital

The place was completely remodeled, everything new. Mr. G and the person that manages the property J. Are super nice and attentive, they take care of all your needs extremely fast! Dont hesitate to rent this place. Not to mention you could almost fall to OU and the VA hospitals.
