What I needed, When I needed it.

This location was very convenient for me. I have to travel a lot for work and the quick trip to DIA made it perfect. Having my own parking garage and plenty of additional space was also nice. In the past, most of my places were tiny and cramped and this felt spacious and comfortable. Weekend warrior activities such as golfing made it easy to relax. Food was close by, I don't like to cook so having access to take-out and shops was also a bonus. Yard and outdoor space was also a nice feature.

Loved it!

I stayed here while my home was being renovated due to a flood. It was very quiet. I had a new born, and my husband worked nights, so the back room was perfect for sleeping during the day. My dog loved to watch out the window and security door during the day. The yard was great during the summer for outdoor grilling and extra space for a growing family. Landlord was very responsive and willing to work with us when our contractor took longer than expected to extend our lease. Very helpful and understanding of our situation. I would stay there again, but I hope I won't have to.

Convenient, quiet, spacious

Owner was courteous and always prompt with responses and needs. Location was super close to my contracted hospital. Very clean and smelled great! Plenty of space and the office was a great bonus.It was also nice having private secure garage and a security system. I worked nights so the back room was perfect with the black out and darkness to sleep during the day. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient and stores were in pretty close proximity.
