Private duplex and private yard with Exercise Room close to VA

Perfect home in north Fargo

My family (5 children) and I rented this beautiful townhouse for 8 months. It was absolutely perfect. The townhouse has 3 levels including a finished basement/rec room and an unfinished basement with a chest freezer. The top floor has 3 bedrooms and the middle floor has a large kitchen and living room. There is also a large fenced backyard. We absolutely loved living there. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the beds and linens were wonderful quality, and the kitchen had everything. The location is also perfect. North Fargo is the best area to live, and North Fargo high school is the best in the state. The neighborhood is huge with small parks at both ends. It's very safe and kids ride their bikes and play outside. We were very close to downtown Fargo, which is a really cute shopping area. My 10 year old and I especially enjoyed riding our bikes downtown. There's also a grocery store, public library and other shops within walking distance. Also, neighbors were really nice!
