Peaceful Room in East Germantown

Great Stay!

I had a great stay here, everything you could possibly need was provided. Katherine was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Her cat, Eloise, was the sweetest! Parking was available, though it can be a bit tricky to find a spot during winter storms. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Lovely Room and Home

I stayed here for one month. It is close to the hospital, there is always a place to park. The home and room were super cozy and I definitely recommended. The owner is kind and welcoming and morning than willing to answer any questions that you may have.

Perfect stay!

I stayed with Katherine for a month and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The place was clean, tidy and ready for me to move in. She was a great roommate and I had no issues whatsoever. Another added bonus was her cat - Eloise - who was so sweet and gave me company. Katherine also made some meals for me and the food was always delicious. If you want a comfortable stay, I highly recommend staying here.

Short-term Stay

I had a wonderful three-month stay at Katherine's home. The accommodations were immaculate and thoughtfully prepared, with every detail considered for guest comfort. One of the unexpected delights was getting to spend time with the sweetest feline host - Elouise, who added so much joy to my stay! The space itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Thank you for making my stay so special!

The Best House AND Host!

Katherine was such an incredible host - she was considerate and respectful, but also such a sweetheart from the day I moved in to my last day with her. The house itself was comfortable and decorated so well, and I ran into zero issues for my entire 3 months I stayed there! It's close to a regional rail that takes you right into the city, and parking on the street was always a breeze. Eloise (the kitty) was also such a fantastic bonus :) If I ever have another job in Philly, I will absolutely stay here again!!

Travel RN

My stay at Ks was amazing! It was peaceful, quiet and relaxing after a long day of work. I felt safe in the neighborhood and was a short drive to work. K was always quick to respond and the house was always welcoming. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone needing a temporary stay!

Lovely House and Owner

K was an extremely generous and considerate host! The house is as lovely as it is in the pictures and the room was so cozy. I was always able to park right in front of the house, even on the days when I had a late shift and would come home at 9 PM.
