Great Property and Great Location

Ms. Gulley's residence was a great experience for me as it was my first time traveling quite far for work. The location was quiet and the neighborhood was quite pleasant. Very close proximity to the facility I worked at while in Georgia. If anything went wrong, she was easy to reach and was very prompt on fixing it. Overall, I would stay here again if I ever had to come back to Georgia for work. Amazing stay!!!

Great experience, would rent again!

Ms. Gulley was a very accommodating host! I am a traveling nurse, and she made the stay for my family and I enjoyable, safe, quiet, and clean. Every time my contract was about to end, Ms. Gulley gave us first priority to renew our tenancy with her; causing us less transitions, which was super important since we have a toddler. We also had service dogs, so her space with a yard was perfect for them too. I'd recommend her home to any traveling nurse!

would not recommend to anyone

Let me start off by saying the owner is an Attorney. But she violated the law by not fixing the AC for 10 whole days in 100 degree weather. While my Newborn and I were living there.. every day i asked her to please fix the Air and she proceeded to tell me to stay at a hotel and didn't offer ANY HELP. Mind you I paid ALLL I owed her for the rent plus more when I couldn't even live there properly. The home is infested with cockroaches and ants and spiders. white dog hair buildup all throughout her home. Unless you want a lady threatening you with text messages at 1am do not book this house. Just helping you in advance. Also I WILL and HAVE already taken legal actions against her and her so called property manager" who came inside the property while I was living there and took pictures of me and my son and all of my belongings without my consent.

Ms. Vissa, its a shame that you have misrepresented the facts here. Fact 1, you were 13 days late on your rent payment. Fact 2, you made me aware on August 10th of the AC problem, you refused to allow the first contractor to come to the house, and the second contractor had things fixed by August 15th. I did indeed tell you to rent a hotel until the repairs were fixed and even offered to refund a portion of your rent payment to you (once you finally paid it) if you needed to leave while awaiting the repairs since you have a new born baby and the heat conditions were probably insufferable, its a shame you refused to do so and your baby got sick as a result. You also had some man named Jason calling my phone and threatening me, which is illegal. You then began fabricating stories about roaches/spiders, but you had so much stuff piled into the garage that its unreasonable. This was your second eviction since January 2024, and I took pity on you, which backfired. Do better.
