The best!

We got a chance to spend the summer in Denver, and the amazing crew at Modern Midstay made our transition seamless they provided wonderful hospitality and made it super easy to move to a new city for a few short months. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short-term stay being near Cheesman Park was the best :)

Late Summer Stay near Cheesman Park

I had a lovely stay in this unit for a little over a month! J and the rest of the Modern Midstay team were responsive and easy to work with. The pictures are accurate and the apartment was small but cozy. It was a comfortable space to work remotely from, with the provided desk and reliable Internet access. The other tenants in the house were very friendly and noise was never an issue. The best part about this unit is the location! Cheesman Park is only a few blocks away, and City Park, Washington Park, and the State Capitol are also nearby. There are multiple grocery stores and several coffee shops within walking distance. I had no issues with parking at the house, and there is also a public bus stop nearby. It is a very friendly and scenic neighborhood! Overall I would highly recommend this house and would stay there again myself!
