Cozy studio apartment
I loved staying at this property. the landlords were amazing. There wasn't a toaster when I 1st got there. I texted the landlords and by the next day a new toaster was at my door. They gave me great recommendations of where to go and different activities to do. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and a no outlet so there is no thru traffic you have to worry about. private driveway parking. Close to the beach you can drive or walk. Plenty of different places to walk. The driveway was being paved they gave me enough warning of when I needed to move my car and when it was okay to put my car back. They were always planting flowers making the place so homey. I was really sad I had to leave there. My friends who visited me fell in love with my apartment and the Belmar area.

Beautiful cozy studio
This is a beautiful studio updated and in a safe location within easy walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. The owners are very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here!

Better accommodation at The Holiday Inn
Spoke to the owners via text message on several occasions before moving to the property. It wasnt until they took my money that they revealed that renovations was going on next door. I was assured that construction would stop at 4:30 before I got home from work. I had to leave the property and go to a local grocery store and sit in the parking lot because of the noise of them replacing the floors. Eight oclock at night when I was trying to sleep all you heard is banging and drilling. It was miserable and I couldnt continue to have sleepless nights and have to work 8+ hrs at the hospital. After agreeing that housing wasnt a good fit I would get my $500 deposit back after signing an updated lease stating the lease terminated early. Now they are holding my deposit hostage. What a joke

Great studio!
This is a GREAT studio in an awesome area. Close to shopping and of course, the beach! Owners are absolutely wonderful. Completely private, safe, and secure. Has everything you need to be comfortable for an extended stay. I stayed here almost 6 months during a travel contract and never had any issues. Definitely going to miss staying here. The owners made my stay absolutely perfect!
