great location! Central to just about everything and close to wynterville (better coffee shops). it's on the bottom but we didn't hear our neighbors. the back area is private and worked perfect for our dog even though it isn't fenced. only thing is it's off a busy street so if you leave for work at rush hour, you might want to give yourself a couple extra minutes but worth it for the location.

Great place

This apt was clean, comfortable and quiet. I had everything I needed for a great stay there. It was convenient to grocery stores, shopping and to work. The landlord is responsive and available for anything i needed. I highly recommend this apartment.

comfortable stay

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for a few months and we were very happy with the apartment! The owner is very responsive and helpful. The apartment is well furnished with comfortable beds and couches. The neighborhood is really quiet and family friendly. Very convenient location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, we're very happy with the quality of this rental and highly recommend it!
