Great place to stay at!

This place was awesome! So much so I stayed for 9 months and was comfortable the entire time while being close to work. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking about staying here.

nice and quiet stay for work

stayed for 1 month for my rotation, quiet, no bugs in the house, pet friendly, no flooding during rainstorm, close to restaurants and grocery store, close to Clearwater and Indian rocks, easy to use on site washer and dryer.

This space was perfect for me. I could put my plants outside and nobody would bother them. The other neighbors have all been very nice so far! Everything is in close proximity making it very convenient to run errands! Roy was great to work with and is very friendly. He would send me job ads to help me get out of my current job as well as sending me to a decent mechanic! I've never had a landlord do that for me. I am hoping to extend for another year! Great place to stay and considering you're in the city it's very quiet! I have enjoyed my stay here!

Great Stay

I stayed at the is location for a grand total of almost 5 months. 3 months in 2024 and 1.5 months in 2025. Roy was truly a great landlord. From being quick with service requests. To great conversations as he was mowing the lawn. To how clean the apartment was everything was perfect about my stay. If you going on a long vacation. Moving for work. Or anything in between this is a perfect place that has everything you need as soon as you move in. I am so happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone that is in the search for a place!!!

Positive Experience

I originally picked this property due to the positive reviews. Thankfully I did because then we too had a positive experience at Rs place! He is very accommodating and kind. He definitely takes pride in his properties and time to ensure you have the best stay. Thank you again! Would highly recommend. The location is great as well! Super close to everything!!

Perfect winter getaway!

The size and layout of this property were perfect for us as a couple with a small dog. We loved the location, which was very walkable, especially the 10 minute access to the Pinellas Trail. We had all the amenities we needed for a great stay, and the landlord was responsive and attentive to the property. The other tenants were friendly and respectful which made it easy to share the back yard space and laundry facilities. We recommend these units and plan to return.

Convenient and Nice

This place was great. Very convenient. Nice parking. Fully updated. I found the whole place very functional. Property manager was great. Very communicative and dealt with anything you brought up ASAP. You can tell he takes pride in his properties.

Good location and affordable

Im a travel nurse who worked at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater. This location was only 5-8 minutes from work and 10-15 minutes to my favorite beach. Small but has everything you need and I loved having private covered parking. Large closet and dresser. Shared washer and dryer with 2-3 other tenants but I never had any issues with getting my laundry taken care of.

Everything you need! Great Location!

I had a fantastic stay at this rental unit! The location was great just a short drive over the bridge to beautiful beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The space was clean, cozy, and well-furnished, making me feel right at home. Having a carport was great so I could keep my car shaded. The host was incredibly welcoming, accommodating and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, a perfect spot for a short term stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.
