Exceptional Stay!

I had an amazing experience at Sophias granny unit. The space was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped, making it feel like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and close to shops, parks, and transit, which made everything convenient. Sophia was an outstanding hostfriendly, responsive, and always willing to help. She even let me borrow their bicycle so I could explore the area during the summer, which I really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and she consistently went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this rental to any traveling professional or anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay. I would absolutely stay here again!

A Hidden Gem!

Sophia was so generous and flexible when I inquired about staying in this unit for nearly 9 mos (!) while I attended training at Vandenberg SFB. The home is clean, bright, and open. What stood out the most was the quality of furnishings she provided. I could tell she prioritized comfort for her tenants by the quality of the items you take for granted when traveling. The sofa, the mattress, the appliances, etc. I'm someone who spends a lot of time in the kitchen, and I can't tell you how happy I was when I saw two sets of sharp knives in the drawer! The neighborhood was safe, the neighbors were friendly, and the location offered quick access to the highway. She always responded promptly to any inquiry I had, and throughout my stay, she was very proactive in making sure the outdoor areas were clean and free of weeds, leaves, branches, etc. Thanks again, Sophia! I'll miss this place.

perfect, clean, newly renovated, great weather

Pictures certainly do not do this place any justice. It's a very newly renovated & modern ADU next to & separate from the main house. Very clean & quiet area, friendly neighbors, ample street parking, great weather since it's central coast & close to the hospital where we worked (MRMC - Santa Maria). Also very close to 101 if you want to visit Pismo, Avila, SLO, Paso Robles, Solvang, Santa Barbara & more. Minutes from shopping in Betteravia & gyms like In-Shape where we were members. S was a great hostess & landlord & always attended to whatever minor issues we had w/ the house. Very friendly & responsive with just a text away. Had we renewed at MRMC - Santa Maria, we would have definitely stayed but we have secured a new contract a couple hours from here. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! We will miss you, S! Thanks again for everything!
