Would Recommend!

I stayed here for ~3 months for a clinical rotation and S made the experience very easy! S was available at all times of day for any issues we ran into (mostly silly things), and was very understanding and accommodating. The unit itself is nice, and the added Wyze doorbell helped make me feel secure in this location. I did have a car during the time I was here and was able to easily get a residential parking permit to allow me to park on the street right outside the house. The only time I had trouble with parking was midday during the week (due to the proximity to Hopkins Hospital many of the workers park on the streets of the surrounding neighborhoods). No issues with move-in or move-out, and she refunded the security deposit within 48 hours. I would definitely stay with S again!

My stay with S was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I inquired about availability, the communication was prompt and efficient. S went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, ensuring a seamless booking process. Throughout my stay, the S remained readily available for any questions or concerns I had, making me feel incredibly valued as a guest. Her kindness and attention to detail truly set her apart. The temporary housing itself exceeded my expectations. Not only was it impeccably clean and well-maintained, but it also provided all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Even though I was there for a short-term stay, I always felt at home. Overall, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of temporary accommodation.

Awesome place!

This is a beautiful home, walking distance from JH. I stayed there and didn't use a car-just walked <10min. The house is clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Would definetly stay here again and rent from S anytime, anywhere! She is absolutely brilliant. She brought me dark curtains, kettle and rice cooker (instapot). The home is perfect in every way and Sheila makes the transition easy. Couple of bus stops around for Aldi/Target (Canton Crossing Plaza) and the JH shuttle also. Near Northeast Market, Dino's Pizza and Amman's Halal Food truck. Moving in and out was very easy and S returned my deposit the next day! :) No issues at all with this place- I wouldn't think too much! just book it! Didn't have a car, so unsure about the parking, but good family friendly neighborhood. I stayed in Room 1, but had the whole place to myself. Absolutely loved it as a TV in every room and loved the Wyze alarm. Thank you S :)

Excellent!

At first I was skeptical. But all the neighbors are older established permanent residents. Very friendly. My review is for Bedroom 1. Even though I rented entire home. Quiet. I work nights. Street parking was constantly a battle but I walked to and from work. The Wyze doorbell camera helped reassure me. Sec deposit refund in full Less than 48 hours after I left. I would def stay again.
