Intereseting property, excellent landlord

My wife and I had to stay a whole month at Encinitas for family reasons, and we have been really lucky finding Guy, the owner, and this property. The size is good for a single or a couple, specially if you have to move around (it was our case) and you are looking for a quiet place to sleep and cook, having a parking spot in place. Well and nicely equipped. Its locations is near from all the points of interest (beaches and not only) of the area, including stores, restaurants, etc. A small patio with a couple of benches and a small table offers you a sunny corner to have a cup of coffee in the morning, in a cul de sac of a quiet zone. Guy, the owner, was attentive, proactive and solved quickly the minor adjustments that we needed, giving fast reply to whatever question or issue, during the closing of the lease and at the end of it. We will be glad to repeat the experience in the future.

Great location

My boyfriend and I stayed here for about a month at the beginning of our contracts. The location is greattons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc. in walking distance. The outdoor area is really nice to have as well. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and really close to multiple beaches. Guy is really easy to communicate with and answered any questions we have really promptly.

Great Spot!

This apartment is the perfect size for one to two people. It is walkable to a bunch of fun bars and restaurants. It is close enough to the beach that beach runs became part of my weekend routine. The owner is awesome. He was very attentive and responsive to any minor issues that arose. It is on a safe neighborhood, and it is tucked away from foot traffic. I am moving away for work but would move back to this property in a heartbeat if I was back in the San Diego area.
