Owner was very pleasant and accommodating upon my arrival. The duplex was clean and spacious. Has a very nice patio on the back to sit and enjoy nature. The room I occupied was kind of small, but it worked well for me. I do also recommend getting a fan to stay cool during the hotter months. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

The kindness I was shown moving into this property was a beautiful facade. Within days, the landlord (whom you share the house with) was cleaning out the fridge of my stuff because it was old. I had moved in maybe a week prior. Between her showing up randomly, eavesdropping, and WASHING HER DOG IN THE KITCHEN SINK, I was ready to move. Add in these situations too- not offering to provide A/C in the historic heat this year (was 80+ degrees in the house). Then after she overheard a conversation she had no business in one day about said AC, she sent me a text. I politely responded with that I had bought myself an AC amongst other things. I was invited to a in person conversation with her (after an overnight shift) where she proceeded to talk down and threaten me with eviction because she had felt disrespected by what I had said. Mind you I had multiple people proofread the message before I sent it. If you want to be treated and respected like an adult, take your money and go elsewhere.
