Highly Recommended!

Title: Highly Recommended! We chose this apartment based on its fantastic reviews, and after staying there for over a month, we wholeheartedly agreeit exceeded our expectations! From the start, Moran was an incredible host, going above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. Any question or request we had been answered promptly and with genuine care. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything we need for a comfortable stay, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with easy access to highways for exploring the Twin Cities. For nature lovers, there are beautiful trails just across the street, perfect for hiking and biking. Bottom line: This place is a gemhighly recommended!

Great stay

Moran was a great host, we got in late after traveling all day and he met us to make sure we got in the apartment fine. He was only a call away if we needed anything and got it done promptly. We enjoyed the apartment, it was very comfortable. Located within the 20 minutes everywhere you need to be in the twin cities. There is so much green space nearby. We loved walking our dog on the many walking paths nearby.

Great Stay in Hopkins

We stayed at the condo for 3+ months while we were house hunting. We had plenty of space for our family, including working from home. All furnishings, linens, cleaning supplies, and kitchenware were well thought out and we had everything we needed for our stay (soaps, hangers, laundry baskets, vacuum, Swiffer, Keurig coffee machine, pots, dishes, etc.). The kitchen was so well stocked with good pots, pans, storage containers, mixing bowls, and cooking utensils we had no problem cooking at home and even made a small Thanksgiving dinner. The assigned parking space and guest parking were conveniently located right outside the building and there is a nice walking path around the community as well as a regional trail across the street that we liked to take longer walks to Walnut Ridge Park in Edina which features numerous boardwalks! We really enjoyed being only a 5-min drive from downtown Hopkins as well. The owners were always very responsive to any minor issues we had during our stay.

Such a cute two bedroom condo in a safe, friendly complex. J and M were great! They responded quickly to any questions or concerns, but didn't hover. They also provided some basic supplies (which was fantastic)! Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect temporary home for a traveler

M and J are such happy, wonderful people with huge hearts, and understand how to take care of those of us in the traveling healthcare community. The condo has everything from a full-functioning kitchen (silverware to cookware, keurig, tea kettle, toaster, everything you need to live while on contract), tons of storage for bags, two bedrooms with great closet space, a dresser, installed extra lighting and its decorated so cozy that I didnt want to leave when my contract ended. Theres even a dedicated parking spot. Any time I needed something they were extremely responsive and helpful. Traveling can be tough so it makes a difference to get off work to a nice space with such wonderful landlords. 6/5 stars! Thank you both

Lovely property! The condo is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood-great food and shopping options near by. The neighbors are nice as well. Its very spacious. The bathroom and kitchen was stocked upon arrival, which was a plus. Access to streaming services. The owners are absolutely amazing! Whenever any issues came up they were very prompt and took care of it immediately. Always checked in & asked if I needed anything. I wouldve loved to stay longer if it was possible.

Very Satisfied With My Stay

The property owners were very easygoing, any issues were handled as soon as possible without any problems, and they always asked if anything is needed. The condo was cleaned when we got there, the kitchen and bathroom were both stocked. Definitely a cozy stay with no issues. If I am ever back near Hopkins I would definitely rent again if they're available.
