Spacious Private Unit Near Old Town Arvada

Loved this little home!

I got to live on Sevves property for a year and it was perfect for everything I was looking for. Quick walk to Olde Town for dinner and drinks, great running trails nearby that you can take all the way to golden, large backyard that my dog LOVED to run around, and my upstairs neighbor was fabulous. If you have dogs, note that there is a grape vines in the backyard that are in full bloom in the fall. They are delicious but I had to keep my doggo from inhaling them any chance he got! Overall Id absolutely recommend staying here! Its close to everything and in a great neighborhood.

Great location and all your basic amenities

This is the basement apartment of a duplex home, accessible from a ground-level door on the back porch. You get one off-street parking spot. You access the back yard through the garage or a wooden gate on the right side. The back yard includes an area of turf, a partially-covered concrete patio, a fenced garden area, compost area, and thick trees around the perimeter. There is a 2-3 ft chain-link fence around all sides. The kitchen/dining/living room has a large dining table, a very soft couch, an older TV, rug, some lamps/tables. The kitchen has basic cooking utensils, a small microwave, coffee maker, full-size range, washer/dryer, and full fridge. One bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and the other has an air mattress and desk/chair. The older bathroom has been partially remodeled (vanity/sink, toilet, floors, walls). The long-term tenant upstairs is very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and only a mile from Old Town Arvada. Wi-fi works great.
